Crealife (hereafter also the provider), as data controller for the website, makes this document available to users, which regulates the use of the website www.crealife4.com. in order to aim to comply with the obligations established in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as to inform all users of the website regarding its conditions of use.

 

Through the Website, Crealife grants users access and use of different services and content.

 

Each person that accesses this website takes on the role of user (hereafter the user), and this involves the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this legal notice, in addition to any other legal provisions that may apply.

 

As a user, you must read this legal notice carefully each time you enter the website since it may be modified, and the provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on it without there being any obligation to provide prior notification or make users aware of these modifications, with the publication on the website by the provider being sufficient.

2.1. Free nature of access and use of the website.

 

The provision of services by Crealife is free of charge for all users. However, some services supplied by the provider through the Website are subject to payment of a specific price in line with the general conditions of contract.

In general, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration of users. Even so, Crealife restricts the use of some services on condition of the prior completion of the corresponding user registration.  This registration will be carried out as expressly stated in the service section itself.

All of the information that the user provides must be truthful. To this effect, the user guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the subscription forms for the services. It will be the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to Crealife permanently updated so that it reflects their true situation at all times.  In all cases, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and the damage caused to the provider or third parties. 

 

2.4. Children under 18 years of age.

 

In order to use the service, children under 18 years of age must always obtain prior consent from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions carried out by the children in their care. They are responsible for determining the specific contents that children have access to, which is why, if children access inappropriate content via the internet, they will need to establish mechanisms on their computers, in particular IT programmes, filters and blocks, which enable the content available to be limited and, while they are not infallible, they are particularly useful in controlling and restricting the materials that children have access to.

 

2.5. Obligation to make correct use of the website.
